4月25日讯 《曼切斯特晚报》消息，曼联准备在夏窗引进一名新的门将来代替奥纳纳，但球队财政受到限制，预算并不充足。
《曼晚》表示，引进一名门将来和奥纳纳竞争，已经成为曼联转会方面的优先事项。巴因德尔作为曼联二门，上场时间内的表现并未达到预期。当球队需要他的时候，巴因德尔发挥却不如人意。球员本人可能也在考虑离开曼联，以获得更多出场时间，为世界杯做准备。而曼联三号门将希顿大概率将在本赛季结束后挂靴退役。
但另一方面，拉爵担心曼联无法满足英超的盈利与可持续发展规则（PSR），已经开始准备削减开支，因此曼联实际上在门将位置上引援资金较为紧张。
TA名记DO本周也表示，曼联在夏窗原本不打算签下奥纳纳的替代者，因为他们之前并没有把门将引援纳入预算，如果真的签下了奥纳纳的替代门将，那也只能被视为无奈之举。
